Infinite Bisous
Infinite Bisous, de son vrai nom Rory McCarthy, collaborateur et musicien de Connan Mockasin, MacDemarco et Metronomy (entre autres) et britannique d’origine, évolue depuis le début des années 2010 dans un genre musical alternant entre pop lente et dépouillée, musique planante et toujours cette même recherche d’une musique riche en sonorités très expérimentales, une manière d’exprimer sa créativité qui donne une identité très forte et reconnaissable à son oeuvre. Son premier album A Year In Your Garden (2013) en duo avec son frère sous le nom de groupe Column avait marqué les esprits, et c’est après de longues années qu’Infinite Bisous balance sur internet son véritable premier album solo W/Love en 2017, qui fait notamment écho à la difficulté du deuil après le décès prématuré de son frère sur des titres comme Life+You ou The Past Tense qui ont contribué à sa notoriété. Infinite Bisous vient de sortir un deuxième album solo en 2019 intitulé Period. En complet indépendant, Infinite Bisous gère tout lui même de son agenda à son image. Il défend la musique accessible à tous et nous fait vibrer grâce à ses thèmes de prédilections que sont l’amour, l’adolescence et le romantisme. Une révélation de ces dernières années.

Infinite Bisous, whose real name is Rory McCarthy, collaborator and musician of Connan Mockasin, MacDemarco and Metronomy (among others), is coming directly from United Kingdom. He evolves since the beginning of 2010 in a musical genre switching between a slow and pared-down pop, a mind-blowing music and always this search for a very rich music in experimental sounds, a way of expressing his creativity which gives a very strong and recognizable identity to his work. His first album A Year In Your Garden (2013) with his brother as the band Column made an impression, and it is after many years that Infinite Bisous dropped on the internet his real first solo album W / Love in 2017, which echoes the difficulty of mourning after the death of his brother, on songs such as Life + You or The Past Tense that contributed to his fame. Infinite Bisous has released a second solo album in 2019 entitled Period. As an independent artist, Infinite Bisous handles everything himself from his agenda to his image. He defends free access to music for everybody and thrills us with his favorite themes that are love, adolescence and romance. A revelation of these last years.
