Alden Penner & Michael Cera
Alden Penner est un musicien basé à Montréal, actif depuis les années 2000 notamment avec les groupes The Unicorns et Clues avec qui il a joué.
Son premier album Exegesis est sorti en 2014, composé de morceaux écrits les 10 dernières années. Co-produit par Laura Capo, il a été réalisé et enregistré entièrement par Penner lui-même.
En 2015, il sort « Meditate » qu’il enregistre avec l’acteur Michael Cera au chant. Il accompagnera Alden Penner lors de sa tournée mondiale et jouera ses propres morceaux. Laura Crapo à la batterie et Farley Miller à la basse et au clavier feront également parti de la tournée.

Alden Penner is a musician based in Montreal, active internationally since the early 2000’s with touring bands The Unicorns and Clues.
His debut solo album Exegesis was released digitally in 2014 featuring songs he had been performing for the previous 10 years. It was co-produced with Laura Crapo and performed and recorded entirely by Penner.
2014 also saw the reunion of The Unicorns for six shows in NY, LA and Montreal.
The Unicorns had not performed together since 2004.
In December 2014, Penner released demos on the EP “June 04” along with a video for “Oh How The Day” by Nic Brown. When performing live, Penner includes songs from throughout his career and enlists the help of backing musicians on the arrangements.
In January of 2015 he released a track called “Meditate” which features actor Michael Cera on backing vocals. Cera will be accompanying Penner on his upcoming UK/European tour and playing his own songs. The tour will also feature Laura Crapo on drums and Farley Miller on bass and keyboard.
